Site version description:

In 2003–2004, a section of the graveyard consisted of 57 graves was discovered during the construction of the bypass around Adony (between km markers 83+300 and 84+810). The 9.779 m2 large excavated area included a section of the Sarmatian graveyard, as well as a few pits from Sarmatian era settlements both older and younger than the cemetery as well as a few Modern features. Sarmatian settlement features were located on the southern part of the site. |
